that Scott L. Vining has joined the Company's advisory board.
Mr. Vining was recently the treasurer and chief accounting
officer of Armor Holdings, Inc., a leading manufacturer of
security products for law enforcement personnel around the
world, and joins Former New York City Police Commissioner
Bernard Kerik as members of the Company's advisory board.

Scott L. Vining
Vining is currently the chief financial officer and treasurer
of Paragon Financial Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: PGNF
- News), a financial services company currently focused on
the acquisition of residential mortgage firms. Mr. Vining
was previously employed by Armor Holdings, Inc., most recently
as its treasurer and chief accounting officer. During his
tenure, he assisted in the acquisition and integration of
numerous companies representing over 80 operating entities.
He was also responsible for developing financial and operational
policies, preparation of SEC filings and other regulatory
reporting, corporate budgeting, financial reporting and analysis,
banking relationships, treasury, as well as domestic and international
tax strategies. He formerly held financial management positions
with Express Auto Group, Inc., Openware Technologies, Inc.,
and W.W. Gay Mechanical Contractor, Inc., was once an investment
banker with Sprung & Wise Securities, Inc., and began
